Mh144 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

- Any attempt to carry out fraudulent or fictitious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Closure Policy and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure: mh144 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at mh144's absolute discretion for security or compliance reasons. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the mh144 support team.
Upon account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user once all necessary investigations have been completed, subject to the conditions set out herein. However, where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, mh144 reserves the right to withhold such balance.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through confidential negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction for settlement.
